At Oliver’s Battery Chiropractic, we want to get to the root cause of your problem. Once this is established, we will work to get rid of pain and stiffness or anything else that’s physically holding you back. Then, we will put together a pro-active plan to prevent the issues from returning in the future!

We, of course, regularly treat back pain and neck pain as chiropractors, however we offer much more than that. On a daily basis, we successfully help patients with knee, hip and other joint pains as well as migraines and cramps.

We are very proud of our clinic in the peaceful surroundings of Oliver’s Battery in Winchester. Our two bright and spacious treatment rooms are purpose built to offer the perfect environment for assessments and treatment. A huge bonus in Oliver’s Battery is the easy access from Winchester and surrounding areas and free parking!

I shouldn’t have worried. Alex put me at ease immediately and fully explained the causes of the pain, and the treatments that we could try. I noticed a significant improvement after the first session and the headaches stopped immediately. After just 4 sessions I am pain free. My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago. I came to Clare at about 5 months pregnant, with a slipped disc diagnosis given to me by a local private physio which was worsening despite continued treatment. With this, I had absolutely chronic sciatica which was really debilitating to the point where it was impacting day to day life. I was trying the chiropractor as a last resort, having never visited one before I wasn't sure what to expect. Clare spent over an hour testing me and talking through my medical history, and concluded the issue was likely to be with the pelvis, and not a slipped disc (this was later verified by an NHS physio and the GP). Clare did some adjustments during that first session and the sciatic pain alleviated significantly within a few days thereafter. I could barely believe it, and things only improved from there over subsequent sessions. Very grateful to Clare for getting me back on track during my pregnancy so I can enjoy the last trimester and out of chronic pain. I call her the 'magic lady' and she is exactly that, as well as a lovely, kind person to be in the company of for a session. Thank you Clare, and also to Alison at the front desk who always welcomes everyone so warmly.

Most importantly he had me back walking without pain in my hip in no time at all.  Easy appointment system and very friendly receptionists. I have also had a sports massage with Pat this week on my upper back, neck and shoulders.  She is a lovely lady who obviously knows her technique well and has already 'taken a weight off my shoulders'! Free Parking is a very big bonus! I came to him with shoulder pain and not only did he fix the problem he was great at explaining what was going on. I've been going to rheamatology at the hospital for years with various issues, without making any progress. Alex was able to identify the problems and apply various movements and forces to get everything moving properly. He also took the time to go through the exercises I could do to help with my issues. I highly recommend Alex.
